Whether it’s for Mackeral from the pier in front of the hotel (sea rods can be borrowed from the hotel and fishing on the sea loch is free) or for the more ambitious, Dunoon and District Angling Club are the ideal contact to help organise your day fishing.

For freshwater fishing, permits & tackle can be obtained from the local post office.

Some fantastic shore and boat diving can be found on Loch Fyne. The underwater reefs are the natural habitat for a wide and diverse selection of sea life.
