What we're doing about Coronavirus

As with all responsible businesses, we put the safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees at the centre of all that we do, more now than ever.

We are closely monitoring the guidance of the local and national Authorities, the UK Government and World Health Organization regarding the spread of the virus and our focus is to ensure we meet customer needs whilst doing our part to keep you and our employees safe.

These are the added measures we are taking to improve our hygiene standards to maximise our customer and employee wellbeing:

1. All staff are fully briefed daily on hygiene using up to date Government recommendations.
2. All staff wash and sanitise their hands, on entry to work and throughout the day.
3. We will be seating diners with plenty of space between occupied tables.
4. Everything has been removed from tables to ease cleaning between customer use.
5. All glassware, crockery & cutlery is washed at 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. We will be repeat sanitising entry and exit door handles and public toilets regularly during service.
7. We will be advocating the use of contactless payment where possible
8. We will be maintaining this high level of sanitisation on a daily basis and with intense scrutiny.
9. In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees. This includes instructing employees who have flu-like symptoms to stay at home and self-isolate per Government recommendations.

We are in this together and please if you are comfortable being out and about, shop local. Your locally owned and operated businesses need support now more than ever before and they in turn are supporting local and regional supply chains. They do not have access to reserves, capital and bank support that large companies do.
